Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you book your seat in the AI Coven 3-Day Masterclass. This policy explains how refunds work.

Full refund: within 4 days

If you ask for a refund within 4 days of your payment, you will receive a full refund.

Partial refund: after 4 days

If you ask for a refund after 4 days from your payment, you will receive a 50% (half) refund of the amount you paid. No refunds once the first session has started.

How to request a refund

• Email refund@aicoven.online from the email address you used to book.
• Include your full name and the date of your payment.
• The 4-day period is counted from the date and time of your payment. The date of your request email is used to decide which refund applies.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are sent to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paystack.
• Please allow [5 to 10] business days for the money to reach your account, depending on your bank.
• Payments are processed in Kenyan shillings (KES). Refunds are made in KES, so the amount you receive in your own currency may differ slightly because of exchange rates or bank fees. We are not responsible for those differences.
