AI Coven ("we", "us", "our") runs the AI Coven 3-Day Masterclass at aicoven.online. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address and country, which you give us when you book.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card or mobile money details. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount and your contact details.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser, device and approximate location, which our hosting and payment providers may collect automatically.
How we use your information
- To process your booking and give you access to the masterclass.
- To email you your Zoom details, reminders and replays.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To keep records and meet legal obligations.
- To send you news about AI Coven only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Live sessions and recordings
Our masterclass sessions are held on Zoom and may be recorded. Recordings may be shared with attendees as replays. If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off and tell us if you have concerns.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services we use to run the masterclass, such as Paystack (payments), Zoom (live sessions), our email provider, and our website host (GitHub Pages). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
Our website does not set its own cookies. Our payment provider and, if we use them, advertising platforms (such as TikTok or Meta) may use cookies or similar tools. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to run the masterclass, handle refunds and meet legal and accounting requirements, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UK, EU and US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email support@aicoven.online and we will respond within 2 business days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.
Children
Our masterclass is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International transfers
We are based in Kenya, and our providers may process information in other countries, including the UK and US. By booking, you understand your information may be transferred outside your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
